Note: The State Agency on Public Services and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan has begin to process electronic visas through “ASAN Visa” system. E-visa is issued within 3 (three) working days, it will be valid for 30 days and the fee for it is 20$.

Indian Citizens and foreign nationals of 80 countries can get detailed information about and apply for electronic visas at http://www.evisa.gov.az

• The Applicant should have a valid passport with a minimum validity of six months.
• Application form (to be filled through http://eapplication.mfa.gov.az/visa/#/ , hard copies submitted to the Embassy).
• Two color photographs (3 x 4cm, white background) matching with biometric identification requirements.
• A covering letter from the Applicant, explaining the purpose of visit.
• An invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month).
• Tourist Voucher from receiving travel agency in Azerbaijan.
• In case of a personal invitation, passport copy and residence certificate of the host in Azerbaijan is required.
• A notarized copy of a birth certificate, a permission of parents or a legitimate representative and copies of identification documents are required for issuance of visa to foreigners and stateless persons under 18 holders of a passport travelling without his/her parent or a legitimate representative.
• If applied through an authorized agent, applicant’s notary attested authorization letter and ID copy of authorized person is required.
• Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
• Income tax returns for the last three years.
• Bank statement for last three months.
• Overseas Medical Insurance Policy (from any Insurance Company).
• HIV test certificate (to be obtained from any competent hospital, in English and with validity of 1 month.
• Kindly note that the visa officer can ask for further documents, depending on the case.
• Processing time is 5 to 15 working days.

• TAn invitation letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan (letter is valid only for one month).
• A copy of the Registration Certificate of the inviting Firm in Azerbaijan.
• Confirmed onward / return air ticket.
• Income tax returns for the last three years.
• Bank statement for last three months.
