  • A passport valid for six months from the date of applying the visa and minimum two blank pages for visa stamps, along with the photocopy of the passport. Attach all your old passports (if any).

  • A covering letter from the Applicant, giving the purpose of visit.
  • Copy of the Income Tax returns for the last 2 years.

  • Incomplete and incorrect information filled out will be returned. Answer all questions thoroughly and accurately. If a question does not apply, please type/ write N/A.
