Indian nationals with a valid U.S., Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore, OR United Kingdom visa will be granted a 14-day visa free entry which may be extended for an additional 7 days for a maximum stay of 21 days.

The policy only applies to Indian Nationals arriving at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA 1-3) (also known as Manila International Airport).

Who have the following:

National Passport valid at least 6 months, beyond the contemplated stay.
Return or Onward ticket.
No derogatory record in BI, NICA, or INTERPOL.

For trips more than 21 days, Indian Nationals are required to apply for a tourist visa at the Embassy in New Delhi.

If the Applicant is a spouse of a Philippine citizen, the name of the spouse should be indicated in the Applicant’s passport and he/ she should submit a copy of the Report of Marriage issued either by the Philippine Embassy or by Philippine National Statistics.
If the Applicant is an unmarried minor shild of a Filipino parent, his/ her Birth Certificate authenticated either by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs, or by the Philippine Department of External Affairs, should also be enclosed.
If the Applicant is under 15 years of age and is traveling alone, or with a person other than either parent, or not joining a parent in the Philippines, he/ she requires to present an affidavit of Support and Consent to Travel. This should be executed by either or both parents indicating the traveling companion and the address in Philippines. It should be duly notarized and attested by the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and the Consular Office of the Philippine Embassy. It should be presented to Immigration Officials at the port of entry upon the Minor’s arrival in

If enrolled in Medicine or Dentistry, the original Certificate of Eligibility of Admission issued by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education is also required as a support document.
An up to date Bank Statement and Certification regarding the bank account of the Sponsor.
