Additional documents in case of:-
- Authorization to stay for family reunion:-
  - Marriage certificate or proof of family link to the person residing in Luxembourg in case of family reunion (Apostile).
  - Certificate of residence in India.
  - Certificate of residence of family member in Luxembourg.
  - Copy of ID or passport of the family member in Luxembourg.
- Authorization to stay for work:-
  - Letter from future employer (Original).
  - Certificate of residence in India.
  - Proof of residence after the arrival in Luxembourg.
- Authorization to stay for students:-
  - Letter of acceptance from the university / proof of admittance in a higher education institution (original).
  - A parental authorization for the case that the student has not yet reached the age of 18.
  - Medical/repatriation insurance covering the whole period of stay.
  - Proof that the student disposes of enough resources during the studies covering residence charges and return charges. Resources must be 80% of the actual guaranteed minimum income in Luxembourg. (Guaranteed social minimum is 1,025.25 Ôé¼ on 1st of January 2013) Proof can be brought:
    - By a scholarship certificate or a student loan indicating the allocated amount and the duration.
    - By a bank attestation.
    - By a financial statement of support (prise en charge financi├¿re pour ├®tudiant).
